All services are customised to the individual client and delivered remotely and/or in person as agreed in writing.
3. Fees, Currency & Payment
Fees are agreed individually with each client and confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
Indicative programme fees typically range from £5,000 for a half-day engagement to £250,000 per annum, exclusive of VAT and agreed expenses.
We may accept payment in the following currencies where agreed:

All invoices will clearly state the applicable currency. VAT is charged where required by UK law.
Payment terms (including instalments where applicable) are set out in the individual engagement agreement.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the bespoke, intellectual and time-based nature of our services:
— All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
— Instalment payment obligations remain contractually due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
— If a client cancels prior to commencement, refund eligibility will be assessed at our sole discretion.
Where services are purchased by an individual acting as a consumer under UK law, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
If you request that services begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly:
— Consent to immediate commencement of services; and
— Acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once services have been fully performed.
5. Delivery Policy
Services are delivered:
— Remotely via secure video conferencing platforms; and/or
— In person at mutually agreed locations.
— Delivery timelines and session frequency are agreed individually with each client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided for information, advisory and education purposes only.
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee specific financial, commercial, or personal outcomes arising from the use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodland Growth Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from:
